Welcome to Paws of Beauty! By accessing our website, making an enquiry, or reserving a puppy, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Information

  • All content on this website (including text, photos, and logos) is the property of [Kennel Name] and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

2. Puppy Sales & Reservations

  • Puppies are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve a puppy. This deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we believe a home is not suitable for the wellbeing of the puppy.

  • All puppies leave our care with up-to-date vaccinations, health checks, and microchipping (where legally required).

3. Health Guarantee

  • Puppies are sold with a basic health guarantee against serious hereditary conditions (specific details provided in your Puppy Agreement).

  • Owners must provide proper veterinary care, nutrition, and a safe environment to keep this guarantee valid.

  • We cannot guarantee adult size, coat, or temperament, as these vary naturally with genetics.

4. Responsibilities of New Owners

  • By purchasing or adopting a puppy, you agree to provide lifelong care, including regular veterinary check-ups, vaccinations, and proper socialization.

  • Puppies must not be used for illegal purposes, neglect, or mistreatment.

  • If at any point you are unable to care for your puppy, we request that you contact us first to discuss safe rehoming options.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments must be made in full before a puppy leaves our care.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, except in the rare event that we cannot provide the puppy agreed upon.

  • Final payments are non-refundable once the puppy has been collected or delivered.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Paws of Beauty is not liable for any veterinary costs, injuries, or damages once the puppy is in your care.

  • We are not responsible for training outcomes or behavioral issues that arise after purchase, as these are influenced by the owner’s care and environment.
